So much truth in this thread. Guy is a fat, stupid, uneducated coward like a huge amount of law enforcement in rural areas and they should pay for what they did to that child.

How could this place:
Habersham County is a county located in the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 43,041
possibly need a SWAT team in the first place?

I typically would give a cop benefit of the doubt most of the time... This is completely unacceptable ..
For one..You go no-knock...you best be fricking right...

Honestly I hope a really good lawyer takes that case and makes an example out of that entire fricked up county ..

They royally screwed up, and an innocent child was left severely injured in the process.

No knock warrants need to be illegal except in cases of extreme circumstances.
Low level drug peddlers shouldn't qualify.
There's some dude in Texas on trail for killing a cop in a no knock. It's absurd.
