Bold strategy, Georgia. Let’s see if it pays off.

But I bet it costs more for Delta to move, so I bet it will.

To me it looks like Delta removed the only the NRA discount, not other discounts. So yea the government is telling them to keep a level playing field.

So you think it's the government's job to tell private business who they have to give %5 discounts to?

Or go even further back in their history and relocate to Tallulah.

Still daunting to move, but not like they have to move the fleet.

Nope...just start shifting more and more flights out of Detroit, Minneapolis and Memphis...and add back the flights they pulled from Cincinnati over the last decade or so. Remember...when they "merged" with Northwest Airlines, they gained significant traffic in the DTW airport, anyway.

While it is their main hub...Atlanta isn't the only hub served by Delta. Georgia needs to remember that.

It's by far their largest and the logistical nightmare of moving that basically locks Delta down. Talking decades of infrastructure and logistical fine tuning that Delta can't afford to walk away from over a tax break. Delta simply has to decide how badly it wants that money vs. pandering to outraged SJW's.
