The reporter shouldn't have been wearing those yoga pants.

Was at an after game party in the “Corral” at the old Texas Stadium, we were in sort of a vip area that was surrounded by about an eight foot high chain link fence, we were near the fence talking and one of the drunk, unwashed, non-vip riff raff called out to my wife and something like “lady you’re hot isit okay if I airfrick you through the fence?” she thought it was funny, I wasn’t amused but the drunk kid went away and we kept on partying, IMO, that was way more offensive than the harmless arse slapping of that pasty white fatass brawd

Do you have any documentation of that? It doesn’t seem to pop out looking at Georgia law or a couple sites I saw talking about the charge. Nowhere even referenced it as possible yet alone definite.

You were charged with sexual battery for position of Marijuana? Did you have to register as a sex offender?

No, he won't

LINK

quote:

Sexual battery is a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature, punishable by up to 12 months in jail and a fine of up to $5,000. A second or subsequent conviction for sexual battery or a conviction for sexual battery against a child under the age of 16 is punishable by one to five years’ imprisonment.

He'll end up with court fines, a suspended sentence, and maybe some classes like I said.

Sexual battery is a misdemeanor. First offense is a fine, some classes, and that's about it. If it happens again...he'll likely see some jail time.

It is not always a misdemeanor the first time. In Louisiana, there is a felony grade sexual battery and a misdemeanor grade. It doesn't depend on whether you have been convicted of it before.

Didn’t kill the guy or press charges. If were a crime to be an a-hole everyone on here would be locked up. Just shrugged it off.

That's the part that pisses me off about the whole thing. Nobody knows exactly what that means, exactly. It's some catchy bullshite she stole off of Twitter.

Dude was wrong to slap her arse. Dude really fricked up by slapping the arse of a wannabe SJW bitch who just can't let things go.

Not saying it’s right but if you stand next to the race and give an open shot at your arse, someone is gonna slap it
