Well the law is the law and it was definitely a moronic and disrespectful thing he did. But she’s definitely being dramatic about it.

So your proof of your claim is to restate the claim?

You're a politician aren't you?

I suspect that is a problem that is going to get solved pretty quickly here.

Just because her employer wants her to cover the race doesn’t mean she should have to gear up for a day of butt slaps

Must not be much money in racing ? I guarantee if this were Drew Brees this would not be a problem.

Well... Don't slap a random strange woman's arse, especially on camera.

This is really simple stuff here

True, technically that is sexual battery but this is ridiculous. I fricking hate the snowflake arse, look-at-me generation that is coming into adulthood nowadays. Always looking for a way to FEEL more important than they are. They want to be a part of something bigger than themselves so bad and if they can't find a way to do that, they'll create a movement in hopes it catches on. To hell with the origins and logic behind that movement, though.

"He took my power"... give me a mother fricking break.

Other than the tweet I haven’t really followed her reaction. Something I missed? You seem a bit triggered by it, eh?

Who goes around asking people to punch them in the dick?

Who goes around asking people to slap them on the arse?

I get slapped on the arse and go about my day.

If I get punched in the dick someone is going to be choked.

If my wife or daughter was a reporter and people were running by her trying to be silly in front of the camera during a shoot, I honestly wouldn't be mad...even if it was my daughter.

This isn't sexual assault. There was nothing sexual about it. You guys get lost in the drama of it and can no longer think logically or rationally. I'm certain that people like you view this as a television show rather than considering that these are real people.

Now, let me save you and other some time. You will say that it's dumb to slap any woman on the arse. I agree. You will say that he should have known this would happen. I agree. You will say that it's the letter of the law. I agree.

Yet, we all know this wasn't sexual assault. And, any reasonable person knows that destroying someone's life when they jokingly slap a woman on the arse isn't reasonable.

It's a simple concept to keep your hands to yourself. If he can't understand at his age that you shouldn't touch random people without permission then maybe he needs a tougher lesson so that it finally sticks.

So a man slaps your wife or daughter on the arse a few times and you will tell her just to go on her way?

How hard is it for people just to not touch someone else? Or to want to hold people accountable for their actions?

Is punching someone in the dick considered sexual assault or battery to you?

Just keep your hands to yourself, and don't touch strangers.

99.999999999999% of people on this planet don't want your hands to touch them anywhere on their body. It's really not that hard

It’s not that hard to not touch other people in a way they don’t want.

Had a man touched another man in an unwanted way, 80% of this board would be fine with him being shot dead. Yet, when it’s a woman they should get over it.

I don’t think it’s sexual battery.

I said if someone slaps me on the arse.

You’re missing the point

Slapping someone’s arse is not the same as pinching someone’s pussy.
