Not surprising with the video evidence and all of the outrage surrounding this.
Probably not how many women would have handled it, but bottom line, not a good idea to smack a stranger’s butt.

What’s unbelievable, the fact that he got charged or the fact that he harassed a reporter on live tv?

News flash: don't slap strangers on the arse, no different than don't punch them in the dick or don't twist their tits.

Would you be okay with someone slapping your wife or daughter’s arse? No big deal, right?

I bet reporter chick sucks at fricking. Would have been a lot cooler if it turned her on
Posted on 12/14/19 at 8:58 am to IT_Dawg
How fricking ridiculous.

I'd probably work a deal with him. You want charges, or my wife gets a few free shots. I don't want to ruin the guys life over a very idiotic moment. He didn't hurt her, though she claims otherwise. We all know she's perfectly fine.

I'd be OK with her slapping him. I'd be OK with me punching him. I am not OK with every possible permutation of legal / social media / henhouse morning program shitshow that it might turn into. There is a place for reason and balance in these things.

There’s a lot of weird people on this board imaging justifying or defending his behavior

What dude did is literally the definition of sexual battery.

TD is filled to the brim with backwards arse people who fail to grasp legal concepts.
Shocker.
Shocker.

Unbelievable.....
I agree, what kind of idiot thinks its okay to slap a random woman's arse?

I mean...by the letter of the law that is sexual battery.
It shouldn't be.

The ruling found no justification for treating men and women differently when they wish to bare their chests. Society's sexualization, the court said, "has engrained in us the stereotype that the primary purpose for women's breasts is sex, not feeding babies." Such a stereotype, the ruling said, "serves the function of keeping women in their place."

Battery maybe, definitely not sexual battery. Thatlts insulting to women that really have been sexually battered.

They want to do away with our legal system and replace it with some sort of under the table vigilante justice system
