This isn't sexual assault. There was nothing sexual about it. You guys get lost in the drama of it and can no longer think logically or rationally. I'm certain that people like you view this as a television show rather than considering that these are real people.

Yet, we all know this wasn't sexual assault. And, any reasonable person knows that destroying someone's life when they jokingly slap a woman on the arse isn't reasonable.

Because Georgia law has a very specific section dealing with unwanted touching of “intimate” parts.
You might disagree with their law itself breaking out those areas of the body but go to the 2nd page and read it. It’s clearly the proper charge.

He made a stupid arse decision smack a random woman on the arse and deserves to be punished.
