Double standard in action.

This is considered “comedic”:

We men will never achieve the equality we deserve

So why didn’t he slap every woman’s arse along the route of the run?

Why did he choose to slap her on the butt over all the other women?

just saying a sexual battery charge is an extreme overreaction.

What’s your proper consequence?

Why’s it have to be sexual battery?

Why not just battery?

Would you be okay with someone slapping your wife or daughter’s arse? No big deal, right?

If my wife or daughter was a reporter and people were running by her trying to be silly in front of the camera during a shoot, I honestly wouldn't be mad...even if it was my daughter.

This isn't sexual assault. There was nothing sexual about it. You guys get lost in the drama of it and can no longer think logically or rationally. I'm certain that people like you view this as a television show rather than considering that these are real people.

Now, let me save you and other some time. You will say that it's dumb to slap any woman on the arse. I agree. You will say that he should have known this would happen. I agree. You will say that it's the letter of the law. I agree.

Yet, we all know this wasn't sexual assault. And, any reasonable person knows that destroying someone's life when they jokingly slap a woman on the arse isn't reasonable.

Because Georgia law has a very specific section dealing with unwanted touching of “intimate” parts.

You might disagree with their law itself breaking out those areas of the body but go to the 2nd page and read it. It’s clearly the proper charge.

A person commits the offense of sexual battery when he or she intentionally makes physical contact with the intimate parts of the body of another person without the consent of that person.

Where does it say the butt is an intimate part of the body?

It not a sex organ last time I checked.

Just because the gays use it as one that’s not how our creator and founding fathers see it.

He made a stupid arse decision smack a random woman on the arse and deserves to be punished.

However, the theatrics from this bitch Is over the top. Her power is not robbed. She will probably write a book and profit. Most people would want justice and put this behind them but she is all over the media “look at me!”

Probably well established with indecent exposure laws

Random? Doubtfully. He recognized she was on camera reporting. He wanted his moment of fame. He got it.

But it is. Dude was a dumb arse to slap a total stranger's arse and is now paying the penalty for it.

Was it dumb, sure. Sexual battery, no.

Weak minded people is how we got in this situation. I bet she's a big time feminist that wants to be treated equally as men also.

You seem legitimately upset this guy was charged. Pretty weird.

A punch in the dick or pussy and a twist of someone’s nipples

Is not same as a slap on the butt.

It’s not really that hard to tell the difference

No, she won't.

This bitch will try to milk it on every talk show that will have her drama queen arse.

She wants fame, not "justice". She will play her martyrdom to the hilt.

This whole thing is stupid.

She stood right next to a line of runner with her back turned to them. I would legit expect that to happen

Not saying it’s right but if you stand next to the race and give an open shot at your arse, someone is gonna slap it
