Previous internet search for hot car deaths. Plus, he even went out to the car at one point during the day, either while on break or during lunch, and said nothing at that point. My thinking is that he was checking to see if the poor boy was dead yet.

I would have taken him if just wanted to unload him. Didn't have to leave him to die a horrible death strapped in a hot fricking car.

Yes and he was sleeping with hookers

He was found guilty of malice (intentional) murder on almost nothing but circumstantial evidence. I was honestly surprised by the ruling.

He watched a hot car death video in the month of July. Not that out of the ordinary to me. He did not search for how hot it would get inside a car. He did send a sext on the day of the murder that mentioned needing an escape from his family and had several sexcapades and daily sexting outside his marriage. He was definitely messed up in the head, which clearly lead to his child's death. But was it intentional? I don't think that question was ever answered.

I think what put the jury over the edge were his emotions on the day of the kid's death, the interrogation, the sex addiction and the lunch time visit to the car.

Please dont say the search history. If you do I'll know you know nothing about the actual trial other than lies leaked by the cops that were initial headlines in the story.

The searches were lies by the cops and not true. The "text message" could have been interpreted a number of ways. As I said circumstantial at best. He watched some hot car video, but a lot of people have since it has been such a decent sized story the last few years.


The only reason he was convicted is because he was a POS sleeping with hookers and randos.
