Georgia has over 10 million people. This is like LA getting 450 cases in a day. Which has been occurring pretty regularly. Why is this noteworthy?

Are you saying that social distancing is going to limit total cases in the long term and knock out the virus?
If so than why does the chart the cdc put out explaining this whole flattening the curve thing not back that up?
