The postmortem positivity likely reflects asymptomatic but persistent PCR positivity from previous infection, the report said.

Is person still shedding virus and contagious in this scenario? That's a long time to still have the actual virus in sinuses. I wonder if he was ever official declared recovered by testing negative or if they just went by symptoms going away and a period of time passing.

if anything, hospitals would have went the other way and not listed COVID deaths to end the lockdowns and stop them from losing millions of dollars

If he had fentanyl, heart problems and Covid but it took a 9 minute knee to the neck to kill him I think it’s safe to open everything back up.

Devil's Advocate:

An individual tested positive for a virus that is known to cause pulmonary distress to the point of requiring ventilation. The virus is also known to, in some cases, cause substantial clotting issues that can linger weeks after an individual has recuperated.
The individual also has tested positive for recent use/ingestion of one of the most powerful narcotic drugs that is known to slow breathing and potentially cause pulmonary distress.
Individual also shows signs of recent methamphetamine use which is known, with frequent use, to cause damage to numerous organs, including the heart and lungs.

The individual was ultimately brought into a stressful situation that saw great exertion and physical effort. That stress and exertion served to exacerbate his already documented fragile health.

You would think that a good defense attorney could take this info and easily cast reasonable doubt in the minds of a jury.

Essentially.

quote:

In the report, it is stated that Floyd died of cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint and neck compression.

quote:

Floyd had multiple blunt force injuries to his forehead, face and upper lip as well as cutaneous blunt force injuries of the shoulders, hands, elbows and legs.

quote:

Along with the blunt force injuries, it's noted that Floyd had multiple natural diseases. Floyd was shown to have severe multifocal arteriosclerosis heart disease as well as hypertensive heart disease.

What you have here is a real dilemma. Is it more PC to say a white cop killed him. or that he died from the dreaded COVID-19?

You better claim a Covid death so you can get that 30k from the Feds Minnesota.

God knows you are gonna need it.
