Less sleep. If I could only require sleep every 3 days or so I could be incredibly productive

They've already remedied that. It's called meth. Good luck

APOE 2/2 you might have it and not know it.

It doesn’t make someone invincible, but way more resilient to a modern diet of shitty food. Something like 2 to 3% of the population have it.

Sadly, if that was really in the mix, 90% of dudes would chose it.

Imagine if people could make their penises as large as they wanted.

You'd definitely get some dudes with 2ft penises.

The obsession with penis enhancement would become a mental issue like bulimia or anorexia.

Imagine being 6 fingered on both hands for sports.

What if a MLB pitcher had 6 fingers?

Did you not read the negatives of that mutation?

You're more susceptible to the west Nile virus and flu.

Although I'm not certain it works like that.

There’s really not a gene for bigger penis?

Not really. Penis length is determined by testosterone release in mother's womb and then again at puberty. Genes don't have a whole lot to do with it.

No, that's not true. Your genetics definitely determine penis size like everything else.
