Technically it is still named Tivoli Circle on surveys. They'll just put Tivoli Circle signs back up.

is there a New Orleans version of the 25th Amendment?

I'm really wondering about his sanity at this point...

If New Orleans doesn't want it...let's put that in the village at Lake Las Vegas. That should draw interesting reactions.

Please for the love of Christ tell me that's satire and our Mayor didn't actually say that.

I'm also curious. Why is this not making headlines if it is true???

There's no way. But I kinda hope it is real and he was doing the jerking off motion when he said it.

If you live in Orleans parish and don't contact your council person about this statement then you're a fricking cuck and deserve to get screwed over by mitch.

It's really sad to watch a city as beautiful and steeped in history as New Orleans destroy its own heratige.

Does anyone know what in the world a "water feature" is?
A fountain of some sort? Those are extremely inexpensive to maintain.

If it's anything like the recent "art" I've seen around New Orleans, this "water feature" will probably be ugly as sin.

Those and the jockey statues were signposts on the Underground Railroad. They all indicated something to let the refugees know where they were likely safe, or likely in danger.

Leave it to TEDN and Mitch to not know this, just like they know NOTHING of Beauregard.
