Nah, I vividly remember hearing Trump confuse insane asylums/Hannibal Lecter with political asylum seekers often enough to know that he was definitely drawing a line of delineation between "the murderers, rapists, the mentally ill" and normal illegal immigrants. He preached removing the criminal elements first and foremost. That hasn't happened, at all.
If they want to raid worksites, churches, schools and such AFTER they get rid of the actual violent criminals, have at it. No one but the extreme MAGA are happy to see otherwise law-abiding, working people torn from their families while there are still plenty of violent illegals all over the country. They're racking up numbers the easy way rather than actually facing the criminal element
Is there any other segment of society that is assumed to "be a hard working family man" just because they run a weedeater all day? POS criminals hold down jobs too. The two things aren't mutually exclusive.
Bottom line: they're here illegally & they have to go back.

He should be in jail and the company bankrupt.

You vividly described your teenage daughters sexual relations too so I don’t really take what you say with much credence

not that surprising just par for the course. This is all bread and circuses

I'm ignorant / naive about all this stuff. Like I have literally no idea if all the foreign guys who work for my company in our manufacturing are legal. The guys are amazing BTW (some Thai or Thai-adjacent group) - Zero chance normal Americans would do their jobs halfway as well and as reliably. On their hands and knees half the day working in 100-plus degree heat half the year.
same here. the Hispanics that work here for the most part are not officially employed by the company. they are employed by an agency that gives verification that they are legal and subs them out to us. more and more female workers too. it's not difficult work and they need a lot of supervision I think, but they show up.(until they don't). and no drama. one of the females was running a steel plate shear machine a few weeks back.

The ramping up in Florida is Desantis.
You kind of need a state that's willing and won't fight you or go see gang members in el Salvador to have margaritas with.

I’ve found legal immigration workers. The problem is business owners don’t want to pay the fees for going the legal route. It cost me 10k a year to get my workers. It easily done but others chose the cheap route and then complain when they get caught. I don’t feel sorry one bit for this guy.
agreed. its like listening to farmers bitch about not having workers to plant and harvest or milk dairy cows cause their undocumented workers are gone. Tough shite. Hire them correctly and you won't have any problems.

I'm not happy seeing these people get arrested and deported but its necessary to get our country back on the right track. Adding millions of illegals has driven down wages, inflated housing/insurance costs and contributed to a noticeable decline in our standard of living. The Biden administration exacerbated this mess so we need to make some tough decisions to fix it. Send a message that illegal immigration will not be tolerated and illegals will stop coming.

You’re just mad they may come get your illegals
Sorry you now have to operate your business under the rules of American society

This has always been the talking point.
You saying they aren't criminals is what is false. Or saying Illegals commit less crimes than citizens. Well, every illegal is a criminal.
And if they are working as an illegal, that's another crime. Mostly likely with a stolen identity, another crime.
So how many crimes should we ignore?

They bitch and moan about people not being paid appropriately, then they want to maintain an illegally underpaid workforce.

If he would hire American's this wouldn't be a worry for him. He wanted cheap, slave labor and now is caught with his pants down.

Lol. No one in the trades drug test. I know people that have a contract at an afb, they don't even drug test. Background, yes. No whizz quiz.

Exactly. I guarantee he was charging the customer as if all of his workers were legal.
