I think it is important to remember that this jury's work has been extended because the Courthouse was closed for 2 days due to bad weather. Surely, they are anxious to complete their work by reaching a verdict.

Maybe so, but if Gasser really wanted to escalate the situation then why didn’t he get out of his car?

Because he had a gun, was a hot head, and was ready for this guy to shut the frick up so he killed him.

This really is sad as frick

The witnessess say they saw JM laughing during the cat and mouse chase

He honestly got killed for no fricking reason

Think about this, and this would have struck me hard as a juror

JM had a gun in his car, and did not get it out when he exited his vehicle........ Just how aggressive could he have been......

Yep. He clearly didn't think it was going to end his life.

So you are saying it's JM's fault he is dead.

I guess Red shouldn't have been walking down St. Charles on January 18.

I'd like to sit on a jury like this, but I've never even been called for jury duty.

They are both at fault for being a-hole drivers. Only one of them chose to end a life that day.

I actually sat on a second-degree murder jury before. One homeless guy stole another homeless guy’s bike under the bridge on Claiborne so the homeless guy stabbed the other homeless guy and killed him. We deliberated for two hours and convicted him on second-degree murder.
