Things like this happen when you have 2 people acting like 2 pieces of shite against each other. It doesn't mean one deserved or didn't deserve it. The answer is avoiding the situation all together.
ETA: I'm just saying the whole idea of "JM didn't deserve this" is completely ignorant. JM got it because he escalated the situation by getting out of his car. Whatever happened after he left his car, was on his shoulders to a degree.

The first time I got called for jury duty I got picked for a second degree murder/self defense case.

This. Acting like a hardass behind the wheel and in your car is like being an internet tough guy. Huge difference between that and actually getting out of your vehicle.
Given that, Gasser got out of his vehicle already in the past so that whole idea is out the window with Gasser I suppose.

Laughing at a guy chasing you doesn't mean you deserve to get shot.
Getting out of your car doesn't mean you deserve to get shot.
The only person responsible for escalating it to the point of shooting a man standing at the car window is the man who shot the gun.

Well nothing can compare to my hoops eval abilities. I could sit on 100 juries and not be on the same level comparatively.
