Gary if everyone in north Baton Rouge didn't use mid city general for common colds and doctors visits it might still be open. And because people do that a new emergency room will never reopen there.
Maybe educate your subjects about how to properly use the hospital.

They take ambulances to the ER to get pregnancy tests and to try and get ibuprofen prescriptions.
The argument that their tax dollars are not being put back into their communities is just fricking mind blowing, the entire cities tax dollars are being used to support these leaches.

I work. I pay taxes. I have never gotten any benefits from Medicaid, WIC, food stamps, or Pell grants.
So NBR residents aren't the only ones paying a lot of taxes from their pay checks and not getting services.

White flight. Some of it was because of racism, some of it was because they didnt want to live with the criminal element that was brought in, some of it (you can take people out of the hood but you cant take the hood out of SOME (not all) people.

Gary you have blocked several people from being able to comment on anything on your page. They weren't even racist or derogatory comments. They were just against your shitty agenda that is to divide races even more. You serve no positive purpose that I can see. Me and you share a lot of contacts and I've heard several of them discredit what you're doing and writing it off as personal gain. So you really aren't spreading a message of hope and improvement. Youre campaigning to become a generational race leader to a generation that doesn't give a shite who you are. Quit calling yourself a minister if you can't preach love in all you do. You can't send two different messages and have anyone anywhere take you seriously.
