I wonder if Gary warned these people they could get arrested before they followed him or is he using this to show the justice system doesn't want them to have a voice

I'm pretty sure it was a setup on at least his part. He's been sulking since this weekend because BR didn't burn to the ground in the wake of the DoJ announcement. There's no shine in it for him when there's no trouble.

It's funny that they only collapse on the street when the cameras are on them. And their colorful wigs are a nice touch.

Actually, what he did was confuse the 1st amendment with council meeting Roberts Rules of Order, thereby disturbing the peace.
He seems to think he can go into a public meeting, not address an agenda item and rant on and on about his own personal agenda. He can't get the support and attention on his own so he feels entitled to go disrupt the normal discourse of civility and blame race if he as put in check.
He later called the Mayor Pro Tem Wilson a clan member. He feels encouraged because of his relationship with Broome and is doing his level best to ruin baton rouge. This is how he sees himself cashing in. It's from the Sharpton/Jackson school of business.

So let me get this straight. Gary Chambers, whom I know nothing about than what's posted here, was on the Mayors transition team and work groups. Who has a connection to the Mayors Office, then decides to show up and start calling people names and disrupting a public meeting?
I have no idea how this local government even functions if that's the tactics employed by Brooke's aides and affiliates.
