That's great. He'll finally be able to sing the same 13 songs he's been singing for the last 25 years to probably the 1 person there thats never heard them. Got to hand it to him. No one has gotten more miles out of their songs than ole Garth.

Yall hating on Garth, but how many of you used to be at a dance party hoping this tune would come on so you could get the nerve to go ask that girl you been eyeing to dance..

The Dance

I was at this girl's dance party who was in my class. Her older sister and her sister's friend was "supervising" and they were both cheerleaders in HS.

They were going around talking to all the boys and we all thought they were the hottest girls we ever seen.. I was talking with friends and this song came on and the sister and her friend took me to the dance floor (they were probably fricking with me.. like "lets make his night")... I was nervous as frick. Then they started saying stupid shite so I wasn't nervous anymore because I was joking around with them, they were laughing..

For about 2 weeks I was cloud nine because of that shite. And this song always reminds me of that.
