these were probably made by mexicans and Texas kolaches are a mix of Czek and Tex-Mex
jalapeño and cheese sausage and some chorizo and egg, and Korean BBQ
then some sweet cheese more traditional

Just average Mexicans, the shop is owned by a retired Harris County maintenance worker.. family makes up the staff,, and then a Guatemalan to clean
