I just can’t believe that this all just started after he was naturalized in 2022. The way things turned after the summer of love and covid I would at least think he had a year or two of issues before citizenship if not more. Someone missed something, wasn’t diligent enough on reviewing his citizenship info, or just looked the other way.
I hope he willfully lied on his application or did something illegal to gain citizenship that allows him to have his citizenship stripped away. You would think murder within 4 years would suffice as well as his other violent convictions post citizenship, but sadly they do not for de-nationalization on their own.
The below grounds for revocation of nationalization are under enforced. After 9/11 most of the refugees, asylum claims, and other legal ways to enter country before trying to stay who eventually became citizens should not have been allowed to become citizens. Their kids should not have as well.
