I got the inital set of vaccines. I did not get a booster(s.)

Yeah its a law in Louisiana you get personal exemption, so no one actually had to give their kids the mrna shot if they didnt want to. the schools legally couldn't deny your kids.

It’s insane, and this is why we always jump to “was he vaxxed” question when someone dies. It’s really really important to know whether the vaccine is safe. The people who have been telling us it is safe are untrustworthy.

From my understanding the COVID vaccine does not prevent a person from getting COVID, it just makes it less severe if we contract the virus.
It should remain a choice as to whether we want it or not. I won’t judge anyone either way.
It’s going to be like the flu I guess, it’ll be around from now on.

Okay, let's just look at the list from the perspective of recommended, not considering any part of it as required. One of those is very much not like the others, especially with this being a list for children.
Generally, only things that have benefits/added value, are things that get recommended. In that case, this should only be recommended for anyone having any single/combination of the following: elderly, fat, significant health issues. Even then, it should be on a case by case basis.
If you haven't received a covid shot at this point and are still kicking fine, it should absolutely be recommended to not take it.

I don't think there will be a mandate for kids to get vaccinated for COVID anywhere in the US. Even in left-dominate California, they still recommend, but will not mandate the COVID vaccines for school.

Why would you inject your kid with something for no reason?
And if you feel there is a reason, please tell under what factual basis does a child needs a Covid vaccine when absolutely no REAL data supports that.

You can find studies showing it doesn’t even do that. Saw one today that showed it reduced the prevalence of positive COVID tests but not actual COVID like illness and actually the test group had worse illness than control group. If true this would imply the vaccine just mutated the infection in a way that avoided PCR positives.
