I think I could do a marathon if I was given all day. I would walk a lot but I'm in good enough shape to not die jogging/walking 26 miles with water.

Run 1-2 times a week for 3-3 1/2 miles and I'm positive I could run a 10k without stopping/walking. My knees would hurt like a bitch for a few days, but I could do it.

Are we talking enjoy the run or full on embrace the suck?
Half marathon would be enjoyable still, could probably push 50km or better at current level, but I wouldn't be able to move following.
If you've got the cardiovascular capability to run a 5k today, you can make at minimum a half marathon, it's just a matter of how much you'll hate your life after and for how long.

1-2 miles if I'm lucky.

Agree, but they're gonna hate life during, too.

Probably right around the 9 mile mark.

I did a 12 mile without training one time, and was definitely at my limit, so I’ll say 12 miles.

This thread here.
Most people here couldn't finish a 1 mile sprint.

A 10K would be my max. Because who the frick wants to run any farther than that.

A one mile sprint isn’t comparable to a long distance run though.
I’m a terrible sprinter but pretty decent at long distance running.

You and I have a different definition of a sprint and a long distance.
