All they had to say was in the state of LA if an officer or deputy conducts a traffic stop due to a violation it is that peace officer right to have the subject get out of the vehicle under any circumstances. It's the fricking law. Should have hit him with resisting.

My point exactly. They should have made him step out to prove he didn't know what the frick he was talking about. Dumbass the justified reason as you kept saying was for the traffic stop. After that they can order you out the vehicle no matter what

I am so glad I don't live in a community where we have people like him always trying to stir shite up. And this isn't me taking a shot at BR. In fact, a neighboring city of where I live has an a-hole just like this guy. Except he is on the city council so it just makes his antics even worse. He passed through some bullshite review of the city's police department because it was, of course, in his mind, full of racist rednecks. Wasted a ton of money for, you guessed it, no wrongdoing was ever found.

Every agency has a Gravy to deal with. There are two in my area. Every time someone whose address lies within a certain area of numbered streets gets arrested and they find out about it, they show up with the usual dindu nuffin song and dance.
