This is why my dad would give me the belt as a kid if I even pointed a toy gun at someone. He said never point any gun at anyone.

Yea as an adult I know a toy gun is harmless but it was the lesson of the matter. Don’t point guns unless you intend to kill

Which is the same reason you're defending him so much in every thread

These threads are sad. I’m sure the dude is dealing with all kinds of remorse and guilt, he didn’t try and kill someone. Yes he should’ve checked that it was safe but also he was handed it by an expert he trusts and has probably done the same hundreds of time so felt safe.

Overall it’s a really sad situation for everyone especially the lady who was shot and her family, I’m not sure why some people think Baldwin deserves to be arrested? Just because you hate him?

Because those same people who call others "deranged" about all things politics have zero self awareness to realize they're equally deranged in the other direction.

Now, here we are.

Who could have predicted that hiring a 24 year old insta ho with little to no experience (because of her privilege/nepotism) to be responsible for gun safety on the set of a western might have negative consequences.

The only reason anyone gives a shite about this is bc of Baldwin’s politics.

100%

It's gross really

Yep, no one is concerned in the least about the lady that lost her life or the man that was injured.

Did he say he thought it was a prop gun?

They do use real guns on films. They put blanks in them.

So he is admitting that he purposefully aimed the "pop gun" at them, and shot them?

From that other thread, it sounds like an accidental discharge before the scene was even shot/rehearsed. It also sounds like it wasn't that little pink hair freak who handed it to him or told him it was "cold" (which means not even blanks are loaded.) With all that, I can't see any way Baldwin could be charged with a crime. Possibly the guy who gave it to him, or maybe still pinky. Not sure what will be done if the reports of multiple misfiring events and generally unsafe working conditions are true. Could face fines and other punishments from whichever entity monitors and enforces the protocols.

He's certainly going to be hit in the wallet as producer and just in general since he is rich and famous, and assuming he hasn't completely eliminated all of his humanity, have to live with the guilt for the rest of his life.

Pot meet kettle. You don't have the self-awareness to understand that we are now fighting fire with fire. Baldwin, DeNiro, Kathy Griffin, etc. started the fight. Libtards aren't used to returned fire. Because so may shills run interference for them.

You mean, the owner and supervisor ARENT responsible for the set?

Well, I covered that in my post, so I’m not typing it again.

Baldwin is obviously an idiot for pointing a gun and pulling the trigger. The question was: is it a crime?

This person knows NOTHING about firearms. I hope you never purchase one.

I started going duck hunting with my dad when I was four.

I don’t keep guns anymore, except a couple of shotguns mothballed in the attic. I feel that the chances of a gun being useful to me is less than the chances of one of my grandchildren having an accident with them.
