If a "friend" intentionally did something to me that requires me to go to the hospital and fork over hundreds if not thousands of dollars for medical bills and possibly make my insurance go up, that "friend" would no longer be just that at all.

No shite.. It seems like they didn't even try to do anything to see if they could get them off. As if they wanted him to go to the hospital.

Seems like you could get some kind of solvent or alcohol or something from a hardware store that could break up the glue. A google says to use acetone. So nail polish remover that I think you should be able to get from your local drug store. Just get somebody to run a 5 minute errand and get that shite off.
