One of the grocery stores in my town still has bag boys. My mother has a bad hip and sure appreciates the help.

Anyone remember The Real Super Store? You had to pay a quarter to use a buggy and you got your quarter back when you returned the buggy.

Is it wrong to park your cart across the aisle for several minutes at a time while deciding what size tube of Fixadent to buy?

Women ages 50-70 are the worst in settings like a grocery store.

Mothers with young kids. They don’t think about parking near the cart return and then never want to turn their back on the kids while they return the cart.

Add, people who block off a row while waiting for someone to back out

People who park right in front of the store and wait while some lazy arse runs inside to buy a few items

If there is a corral, i'll put it there - if not I just push it against the nearest curb unless I'm right near the front entrance.

Corral's should be mandatory

Go ahead and walk it into the store, a few steps aren't going to hurt you.

How do yall deal with people walking out in front of moving cars

Experience this phenomenon every time I drive through a 'hood (thankfully not often). I deal with it by flooring the accelerator. They scatter like cockroaches with the quickness and stop staring and daring.

but back to grocery stores, since I digressed:

I just use my cart as a battering ram and move their cart out of the way.

The morality behind this is lunacy...

If your cart wheel is broken, what do all these savages do...

Just grab another one...

There's always a tier higher.

Vile human beings. I can understand if you just purchased a large item and an employee is helping you load it, but did you have to park right by the main entrance of the store where everyone crosses from parking to the entrance?

You want to improve the infrastructure in this country, tax the selfish.

I leave my wife shivering in the cold next to the locked car while I return the cart across the parking lot. Pisses her off every time.

I had a County Marshall almost run me down when I was returning my cart to the cart stand. I was crossing the drive and he barreled right thru, stopped, rolled down his window and yelled at me. He was in his private vehicle.

I not only put my cart up, I usually make a point of grabbing a loose cart on my way into the store to use and then that's the one I put up.

Yup. I worked at a Winn-Dixie for 4 years during high school and college. It was one of those jobs that really open your eyes.

All bullshite aside, it was a fantastic job.
