Not if you don’t think that there’s anything wrong, weird, or “non-normal” about being a tranny.

Why don’t you start by giving us some indication of what you think her monetary damages are?

This is the issue. They met when he was 15. Whether or not she was born a man is just irrelevant tabloid fodder.

A blood test for dna would tell the tale.

XX is female XY is male. No amount of surgery or hormones will change that. Sporting teams and bathrooms should be designated that way instead of male or female.

There is no way for the blue hairs to beat that system, except for "DNA tests are racist, transphobic, and all the other catch phrases".

Why not DNA test?
Co-Pilot AI is woke.

quote:

• Biological sex is determined by the presence of sex chromosomes.
• XX = typically female
• XY = typically male
• Variations like XXY, XYY, or XO exist and can lead to intersex traits or other conditions.

• Gender, however, is a social and psychological identity.

• It’s shaped by personal experience, culture, and self-perception.

• DNA cannot determine gender identity, which may or may not align with biological sex.

Complicating factors:
• Some individuals with XY chromosomes may develop female characteristics due to conditions like androgen insensitivity syndrome.
• Genes like SRY and SOX9 play key roles in sex development, and variations in their expression can lead to atypical development
• Noncoding DNA (once called “junk DNA”) can influence these outcomes in ways we’re still learning about.

So yes, a simple DNA test can reveal sex assigned at birth, but it cannot tell you someone’s gender—which is a much richer, more personal story.

ETA: for my poor use of quote function.

Yep. And according to Co-Pilot,
quote:

Estimated Percentage of U.S. Adults Who Identify as Transgender or Gender Diverse According to a 2016 study by UCLA and more recent updates from Pew Research and other sources, approximately 0.6% to 1.6% of U.S. adults identify as transgender—meaning their gender identity does not align with their sex assigned at birth A. That’s roughly 1.4 to 5 million people, depending on the methodology and definitions used.
Why is there so much time, effort and money being spent trying to alter the vast majority of normal US citizenry to normalize the lunatic fringe?

It’s one thing to be trans.

its another thing to be accused of stealing a dead siblings identity and lying about your identity and the parentage of your children.
