Refrigerator freezer. I just cleaned the coils. Hopefully that works

Yes, it sounds like your freezer is broken and you should repair it.

If you don’t have the necessary parts or knowledge of how to do so you should call someone with the necessary parts and knowledge.

What kind of freezer? If stand up could it have been left open? Take everything out, put in ice chests, take the back off from inside and defrost the coils.
