He's said they want to experience more of the culture rather than just sports. I don't know if he's said how long they'll be here but TX-OK seems to hit both of those with the game being in the middle of the TX State Fair.
And if course people are already getting bent out of shape about him using "match" instead of how we use "game". I do hope they end up on College Gameday right before leaving (unless they've already signed a deal for this trip's adventures to be used for a Netflix series).

i was already skeptical about him being "just an average guy that saved up for the world cup" story but now that he's making a second US tour 2 months later it seems even more unlikely. Saying "I'm a nepo baby" probably would turn off some of his followers though so I understand why he said it.
