His death spurred protests that eventually turned violent, setting fire to Baltimore and thrusting the city into the national debate on police brutality.
Goodson faces the most serious charges of the six officers arrested in the case.
Judge Barry Williams will issue his verdict around 10 a.m. ET on Thursday.

Saw a little coverage on this last night.
Apparently, the prosecution is completely inept and the judge (bench trial) was having to baby step them through this process. I'd be shocked if he was found guilty of anything.

Wouldn't be so sure. He was the driver IIRC which means he was in charge of his cargo....albeit human cargo.
I think he is found guilty b/c he can't blameshift like the other two were able to do.

Wasn't the DA that idiot woman who decided she'd charge these guys with serial murders and the Lindbergh kidnapping and 9/11 so she could be on TV looking like a badass.
Maybe next time she should use her brain. When Baltimore burns this go around, some of that arson is on her hands.

Per CNN website, he was found not guilty on all charges.
