Yeah, I think she wanted to throw the book at all of them in hopes of getting them on something and/or getting the accused to turn on each other.
If you watch her presser when she announced the charges, you can see just how much of an idiot she is. She basically said she was going to get those guys on something and do it for the city. Hardly an impartial DA but rather a powerful SJW.

I'm glad he got off, but my point was that you'd think Mosby's henchmen would've been better prepared. Instead, they have made a mockery of the system - same with Zimmerman and Angela Corey/NoBama.

Maybe next time she should use her brain. When Baltimore burns this go around, some of that arson is on her hands.

With the driver being the one facing, potentially, the most legal exposure and now being found not guilty, it would appear that none of the defendants will be found guilty of any criminal charges. This makes the mayor look even dumber for rushing to settle, on behalf of the city, with the family for millions & millions of dollars before official charges were even filed. And if not mistaken, is the judge not black? 2 of the defendants? The mayor? The D.A.? The Chief of Police? What sucks as well as the first 2 officers found not guilty are not permitted, by the city, to return to full, regular duty till all charges against all defendants are adjudicated.

Murder is much harder to prove in this scenario than negligent homicide, or even manslaughter. Trying to go for the murder jugular vs the PD never ends well, and this is not a surprise.
