4 PM advisory is going to be very telling regarding who will get most of the impact.

You can watch the radar loop with the NHC track overlayed and the storm is clearly moving way east of their line. Doesnt take a genius to see it.

Eugene Island anemometer is 4m high. Standard is 10m, so these winds are higher by normal measurement standards:

75 mph sustained and 98mph gust.

I was working the BP oil spill and they would drop tracking bouys in the oil blobs. They would wash up on shore and one time we had to go track one in the back of some dudes truck in Margaritaville in Pensacola

I just had a power fade but it came back. Must be elsewhere because it is not too bad here still. Maybe 40 or so.
