Fox 8 reporter Rob Kreiger standing on levee in south Terrebonne and talking live on camera in the "eyewall". Winds looked about 60 at most to me.

seems to be a lot of evidence of cat 2 here. makes me wonder if that's why NHC hasn't put out the 4pm update early like every other update has been today.
