I get it, I really do. I’m envious of the people who can take this shite with a smile on their faces. I take my job as a provider/protector seriously, and this shite ain’t easy for me
I'm with you.

Storms are all fun, games and intrigue until you turn 30 and have shite to lose.

Seeing and experiencing the eye during Zeta was one of the most profound experiences I’ve ever had with Mother Nature.

To make things worse. Fradella just doubled down saying the track is too far west still. The Graf is calling for 15-20 inches in New Orleans and the HRRR is calling for 90 mph gust. He’s cherry picking models instead of just going with the NHC and the local NWS. Dude is the ultimate clown.

He better pray the GRAF is right bc I feel like he’s putting his reputation on the line with this. And I’m a fan of his but for a professional meteorologist to continually discount the NHC is a bit puzzling.

The NWS might be the one cherry picking models at this point.

I’m listening to a co-worker losing his mind and telling everyone they are predicting 12-24 inches in the Gonzales area.

Any news on if this baws coworker was right with his prediction?

So what do the folks that run the GRAF model do after this. If they tweak their algorithms to fall in line with the other models, it seems to me it defeats the purpose of having different models. However, if they find themselves the lone outlier and wildly off track, they aren't contributing much anyway

I don't know that BR has ever been out of the woods on this one. I could be wrong though.

these folks dance around. wanting the storm to be bad/worse so they can feel important but, wanting to sound like they actually care about viewers' safety.
