More eastward movement. Most models are now showing East of Baton Rouge.

Yes but nobody takes Governor Boucher seriously

No, we need bans.
The threads get wildly derailed when people say shite like "frick baton rouge and frick all of y'all, I hope this thing moves hard East and fricks every one of you. Trust me, I live in LC so I can say this"
And when people get on their soap box about whether school should be cancelled or not.
Got nothing to do with being a pussy, more to do with I don't wanna comb through all that dick measuring to find useful information about a destructive storm in my area.
if you only want useful info then only look at the first post and have the mods update it with all the info
the thread is for discussion and opinions
and the only one that said...hope this goes east cause frick yall was tigerinkaty and he already said sorry 100 pages ago
and school closing and if they should is part of the discussion

Based on these trends it’s becoming increasingly likely that landfall will be between Morgan City and Houma.
I am not enjoying this. About to head to Houma and Morgan City to wrap up two roof claims.

I’ll start a thread for arguing about hurricane related shite.
You could just start one for all the nimrods to bitch about schools closing and that would help keep that shite out of this thread.

He's probably working on a new beer tax or some other red meat to throw to the mouthbreathers. He's a failure

Somewhere between Cameron and Grand Isle is in play it seems.

It's still unlikely this will bring Cat 1 winds to Mandeville. Sure, there are some models that have it this way but also some that have it west of Lake Charles. Alot of uncertainty here but no real changes to impact here in the last 24 hours or so.
Huh? Please don’t post dumb shite like this

as of now, i would expect this storm to be worse for BR than either of those were not nearly as bad as gustav though...i wouldnt expect this storm to stay that strong that far inland.
At least the forecasts have held of this thing hauling arse out of here. So you’ll have min time in the firing range.
This is probably selfish but if this thing makes landfall east of Morgan city that’s a pretty big miss by the NHC.

yea i was hoping it hit more lower vermillion....not because i "frick those people" but more because SWLA and the houma/MC areas have taken a bunch of hits in the last two decades and central LA has never really taken one.....trying to spread the misery around some
hoping the shear takes the air out the ballon and this ends up benig a nothing burger and we all laugh and toast each other after.
feel for you boys to the east and will be praying for yall.

He's going around putting extra staples in the Ten Commandments posters
This is bullshite. What he should be doing is mandating school closures through Monday and redirecting the extra teacher manpower available to distribute toilet paper and waters to underprepared communities. Except that one town they can frick themselves and I hope they get destroyed. I can say that, my area was impacted once so I’m good. I just called my 20yr old college kids and told them to come home. And I called my in-laws pussies for not waiting till tomorrow morning to prepared
Probably a nothing burger. Dump out your extra water. FEMA will save you.
Wish we had more chalkboard predictions.
