Jesus, you people will whine about anything. Considering Louisiana's laughable infrastructure, you should be prepared for Armageddon if even a TS is incoming.

GFS new run puts Northshore/Hammond/Houma in bullseye. Latoya may even get hit pretty good.

This thing still has a fairly large tropical storm force wind field. I guess that is to be expected with a less organized storm.

Hmm now a SELA storm? The NHC has a Vermilon Parish landfall last I checked that’s not SELA. SELA will definitely see some impacts but don’t act like it’s only a SELA storm.

BR may get on the west side if these easterly shifts keep up.

With entergy we could be without power for a week even with a lower storm

Private consumers are wiping the shelves clean at Walmart. Could you imagine what it would look like if the parish government was hanging out cases of bottled water before a storm that nobody knows when, where and how strong it will be? And how do you know “necessities” won’t be handed out after the storm?
Wanna know how I know you’re supporting one right now?

You don't have any surplus water in your home in the peak of hurricane season and you're blaming the government?
