My favorite is half the poliboard is convinced that Fox is in on the steal and is paying almost a billion dollars to hide the truth.

Still inexcusable to not make them sign an NDA.

I’m sure Dominion held firm against that. They had all the leverage pre-trial. Fox thought they’d blink, and they didn’t. I’m sure there are some details that are under an NDA though.

Where was the total listed?

I notice how everyone who responded to my post corrected me on the amount and yet failed to answer the question of why they think HBO didn’t get sued for having a documentary about how dominion voting machines are easily hackable. I will concede that the amount was never verified. That’s how much it was going to go to court for. Still, the fact remains that after the 2016 election people are allowed to slander against Dominion without any legal consequences. It’s okay because that was after Donald Trump won. Remember when Russia gave $200,000 to Facebook to promote both Trump and Hillary and Facebook had to answer for letting Russia influence the 2016 election? And then Zuckerberg turned around and spent $400,000,000 to influence the 2020 election and that’s absolutely normal to everyone? Does anyone else see the double standard?

Surely you don’t believe the 250 million figure from Sandmann’s attorney

You're too smart and have been on this forum not to realize the wild narratives many people here will believe.

Poster loogaroo is having a tough time with this news.

Apparently this settlement is likely a money laundering scheme for politicians who have big bucks tied up in dominion.

Can someone with a legal background tell us what this might mean for Dominion's suits against Powell and Giuliani?

They continued to publish/televise lies about the kraken even though they knew or believed them to be false.
