He didn't turn into one, he always was one. Back when Mike Longman was working here in New Orleans, various friends of mine who worked in the restaurant biz at different places said he was always showing up with his "nephews"...

Well he was making bank back in the day. I think he was the first TV reporter in New Orleans to command a six figure salary and news directors turned a blind eye on his short comings with drugs, alcohol, and young boys until the heat got too hot. Imagine that happening today, he wouldn’t last 5 minutes in today’s social media Metoo heavy society.

Her husband was a Navy SEAL officer. He was with SBT 22 based at Stennis. He was reassigned to the Virginia Beach area when she left WWL.
I assume he has either retired or they got divorced.

Per her X account, he is out of the military and they have been in Philadelphia for 6 years.
Coming home with their 4 kids to be closer to her 90 year old mother.
