That's the part I'm not sure if I believe. Are there individual racists? Oh yea. You can't eliminate it all; that's the human condition. So claim about this particular text or supervisor very well could be true. Is it "indicative of a pattern" of that behavior at any average business or this one? Slim to none. That'd be "institutional" racism, and I don't see any legitimate evidence of that.

Initially I was holding out until there was proof of the text(s).

No, my stance is that the commission didn’t reference the text anywhere in the article.
You responded to a poster saying that he would believe her when he SAW THE TEXTS, with, “so you think the commission is lying?”
The commission stating that they believe the company was in violation because they discriminated against her for not allowing “natural hair”, is not only siting an extremely vague term, it’s also not remotely the same as saying they were in possession, reviewed, and can corroborate her claim that the text said...
"We took you off the schedule because your (hair) doesn't meet LA FITNESS STANDARDS in a fro. We want a classy appearance. We don't want to leak off a n***er style don't take it wrong, just change it."
