I’m not moving the goalposts. I’m just not stupid enough to believe she was sent s nice text about her hair and that she was so upset she went to her manager about it.

The commission had to see something in order to have a baiss for their decision. They just don’t take her word.

But, continue with your naïveté.

Not necessarily, taking the word of these accusers without any proof is pretty much how these things go. Sometimes it ends up being completely true, sometimes it ends up being completely made up

1) Shitswastika at the University of Missouri
2) Noose hung from oak tree on LSU campus that ended up being scrap wire from an old construction project.
3) Fraudulent claim by black female regarding racial slur written on her door decoration.
4) Duke rape case
5) Fake hate crime accusation by Indian chick on ULL campus against three mysterious white men with MAGA hats
6) Racist graffiti spray painted on LeBron’s gate that broke his heart, yet he never took the time to take a photograph of it, nor did his cameras record anyone doing it.
7) Several black drivers claiming to be racially profiled for “driving while black” and blaming institutionalized racism for getting traffic citations, only to be caught lying on the officers’ vest cams.

Those are just of the top of my head, but, yeah, there’s no POSSIBLE way she could lying about the full context of the message. Drumming up a racial case in an attempt to extort money from a business in order for them to avoid bad PR would nevvvver happen.

You either don’t know the definition of naïveté, you have been living under a rock, or you’re intentionally being stupid.

None of those were examined by a commission. This happened in March.

Keep on denying reality.

Well, shite! I didn’t realize it was a commission. You’re right! Commissions are ALWAYS unbiased, open-minded, and above reproach! My bad.

Again, the REALITY is that the Commission didn’t site the text!

Funny how you are quick to assume that the employer wrote the text, but you deny the plausibility that the Commission would have gone out of their way to state such, and if not, the reporter would surely have asked in order to support her story.

You are right. They just took her word for it. Lol

They also said she provided other evidence. But, you are right. Lol

And there it is. The commission is bad.

And we have another employee verifying language.

I admire your steadfast determination to avoid reality.
