the irony of this is if these women continue to bring all of this stuff to light and it comes to an end then maybe the way to make it in Hollywood becomes based on talent and they are all out of jobs.

Nobody wants to admit but this is the truth. They had the option to not sleep with someone. Assuming nothing forced, the onus is on them. Women have this reputation for a reason and it isn't a stereotype. Stop fricking people for status and money.
