Only thing that pisses me off about this is that he apologized. Dad with a gun for his daughter when a boy comes is one of the oldest satires in history. It’s clearly a joke. Jay Feely you disappoint me that you responded with and “I’m sorry”. frick that.

Your arse would of took it by this point because you wanted to date the guy's daughter and been invested with the family. They had been dating over a year, so you would of been on good terms with Feely by that point hopefully and known his sense of humor. Basically you would of never made it to this point in the relationship had you been that uncomfortable with that family.
