A former principal at Apostolic Tabernacle Christian School in Franklin Parish accepted a plea agreement Monday in 5th Judicial District Court.
Stephen Couch of Winnsboro entered a guilty plea to five counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile according to District Attorney Mack Lancaster. Each count represents one victim in the case.
Lancaster said the sentence on the charge is up to 7 years and a $5,000 fine per count. As part of the agreement, sentencing for each count will run concurrently. Couch will be required to register as a sex offender.
A pre-sentencing investigation has been ordered and must be completed by May 4. He will be sentenced on May 13.
Couch was originally indicted by a grand jury on Feb. 26, 2018 for five counts of molestation of a juvenile and six counts of prohibited sexual conduct between an educator and student.
The charges were based on incidents ranging from 2004 to 2016 and involved male students at Apostolic Tabernacle Christian School.

This pervert should get the needle. He offers nothing positive to society.

Just don't send them to a Christian school. At public school they will at least learn better social skills.

Yeah, but at public schools they get raped by women.

That place is the worst of the worst. Netflix would make bank if they made a doc about everything that has gone on up there. This case is the tip of a much much deeper iceberg. Not that the molestation is not horrible, but if what was known of as common knowledge up there is remotely true, it is a drop of water in the hurricane.

What in the world would make child molestation look like a drop of water in a hurricane? I'm struggling to think of anything worse
