He resigned yesterday but “former teacher”. Sounds like he was a peeping Tom while a teacher there.

Being a peeping Tom seems like a lot of trouble. I dont get it, are they jerking off right there in public, or is it more like in Back to the Future and they are up in a tree with binoculars?

Both. Definitely jerking off. The thrill of potentially getting caught, or fear of falling out of the tree right in the middle of it...all that stuff just makes it so much more intense. That's what I read in a news article.
