Guess what. If I pay my krewe dues, I'm throwing what I want. Not saying "Forever Lee Circle" beads are my style, but if you have me paying a few thousand bucks to ride, you can kiss my arse.

I feel like, and I may be mistaken, there is a Federal Constituition that says something about religion and how government can’t regulate to the people and another one that talks about how speech is a freedom for all including expression of said religion.
How has no one fought this city code? Makes me believe that no one has ever been charged or fined using this particular code or some one would have brought this violation of the constitution to some type of Supreme Court.
