Have y'all succumbed to basically working at night now? Its really the only time that I can get continuous work done.
And honestly, I'm kinda enjoying.

I'm a morning person, so I've been getting up around 6 and working hard until lunch. Kids have been sleeping until 11, so that has been working out. Then I kind of dick around in the afternoons - working some, keeping them from killing themselves some, interacting with them some, etc.
frick working at night. That's beer, weed, and Netflix time.
ETA - Wife is still having to go to office so it's just me here with the kids every day.

My workday goes into 8pm on most days now. But I’m not enjoying it.

I work all the time anyway, it’s just a hell of a lot noisier than usual. I’ve succumbed to not really caring what they’re screaming about unless they’re actually hurt.

I'm tying to keep my normal hours, but I'm working at the moment with puppy dog pals on the TV in my home office. The wife doesn't have to work a full 40 hour week so she can normally relieve me a few hours a day which helps. The kids being in my office is similar in disctraction to co-workers sitting in my office just to BS.

I could move to a foreign country not knowing any of the native language and get more work done than I am accomplishing at home with 2 toddlers running around.

My dog is making it difficult because a house is being remodeled so be barks non-stop. I do enjoy not having to commute tho.

My office is in my attic, so the only room on that floor. Sign on my door to knock.

We're still having our nanny come until 12:00 or 13:00. It's the only way to accomplish any work, but I guess it defeats the purpose of limiting contact with outside humans.

Similar. There’s a playroom/den on our second floor between the kids bedroom. I’m set up in there. I usually get a couple of hours in the morning before they wake up so I’ll take a short break when that happens. After that, there’s a one way deadbolt at the top of the stairs and I just lock them out until lunch. After that they can play outside or stay downstairs and I only lock it when I’m on a call.

My wife is setup in the dining room, i'm in my office and my kid is in the other spare bedroom.
We don't have little kids anymore though so it hasn't been very distracting.

My wife and I have had to share my office space and take turns engaging with the kids and helping them with school work.
I’ve been able to manage working an additional hour or two, but our setup isn’t very sustainable. Spring Break is next week so after that, We’ll probably make some adjustments.

I don't have a family yet, but I've been working from home for years. One of the reasons we bought the house we did is that there is a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor that will be my office once we decide to have kids.
If you want to get any work done, you basically have to seclude yourself, which is easy for me now because my wife is still going to work. But, if she was staying home, I'd have to go lock myself in a room.
