Dysentery is back boys!

Fox 26

quote:

Two dozen new cases of Shigella, which can cause dysentery, have been reported in Oregon since the start of the new year, according to health officials.

Cases have been on the rise since 2012 and the illness has spread to the Portland Metro areas. Health officials say the increase "is concerning."

Was there a more “down bad” status in computer gaming then 90% of your group succumbing to dysentery, river fjord disasters, injuns and bear attacks while having rations on bare bones?

You meet a man on the Oregon trail that tells you his name is Terry. You laugh and tell him that Terry is a girls' name. Without hesitation Terry pulls out a gun and shoots you dead. You have died of dissin Terry.

All kidding aside, crapping yourself to death has to be one of the worst ways to go.

Pneumonia was my kryptonite.

Used to think my characters were such pussies for succumbing to it

Then I got pneumonia irl and immediately understood how it would’ve killed me 100+ years ago

It wasn't a fjord. It was fording the river.
