That happened to me. Berg posted my plea and Chicken granted it. I went to post and say "hello?" and it worked. Then I posted a longer cthanks for letting me back in the orgy" message and Zap! I was banned.
I emailed twice about that but got nothing. I Figured Chicken set me free because, after all, my toilet pic is STILL on Facebook and hardly obscene. But then another admin said Noooo! frick that guy he's still banned.
