I work 10 hour days in the summer in an office and drink lots of coffee and walk around frequently. Mondays are rough

I can definitely imagine it... Probably 90% of the time TD is open on my computer. Even if I am actually working, it's still open in the background.

Drink lots of water so you are making frequent trips to the bathroom and for water refills.

Go walk to your coworkers office if you need something instead of emailing or calling.

Play on TD while you work.

Make sure you don't get everything done first thing in the morning, save some stuff for the afternoon that isn't urgent.

Plenty of water and green tea in the morning. Getting a workout in at lunch helps a lot. Come back from workout and feel refreshed. Helps with the afternoon daze.

Cookies are always traceable and systems administrators monitor online activity remotely through an untraceable VPN. At least at legitimate companies. Nevertheless, browse whatever your heart desires.

7:00-4:30 M-TH
till lunch Im great and focused. After lunch is a grind that does not get easier. My TD surfage goes up 10x after about 1:30

Spotify and I download music to listen to. Podcasts are nice too. Thinking of buying a little radio for my desk so i don't drain my data listening to local sports

Which is so fricking infuriating. We shouldnt have to stare at the wall just cause farmers used to work 8 hour days.
