The prosecution in this case has been beyond abysmal.

It's apparent that they are trying to throw the case. We've seen this in political cases before, where the prosecutors present the case in a manner to get the result they want.

It is more apparent that the case should never have been brought in the first place.

The non brain damaged take would have been "they had no case to begin with."

My friend this is good for people that like democracy and the concept of being innocent until proven guilty

The whole reason this ever went to trial was driven by political bias, not the other way around

Prosecutors do not have to throw cases. They don't have to take them.

I've voted Republican in 7 US Presidential Elections. I'd be happy to talk about it on the Political Talk board. I'm not going to get into in depth SEC football or basketball discussions on this board, either.

We are still a country of law and order, not emotions and feelings.

Rittenhouse is the hero the right needs to remind us.

Mine is photography. I just can't sell it, and have had many offers.

Its my gift, which allows me to be free and not constrained by those who would pay me.

In all seriousness, Roger, start exploring that possibility again. Things have changed significantly with photography over the past 2-3 years. NFTs have inflated the value of photography, particularly Nature photography, to unprecedented levels. It can be a bit daunting, and I'm not sure how long it will last or how well the values will hold, but it may be worth a shot. There are quite few sucker....I mean customers out there looking to spend crypto these days.

Grosskreutz testified that he saw Rittenhouse re-rack his rifle to load a new round into the chamber.

Ummm....that's not how an AR-15 works, I don't think there was time for him to change the magazine or clear a jam which is the only time you do this.

I forgot about watching this trial and tuned in for about an hour before they took recess for lunch.

The fricking prosecution was talking about everyone and everything except for Kyle. So much so that the defense got some of the testimony struck from the record and stopped the prosecutor right in his tracks and I think even the judge was like WTF are y'all doing here?

And yet, I would not be at all surprised if they get a guilty verdict.
