I didn't pay that much more than this for a 2400 sq ft brick house with a 2 car garage over a decade ago.

Nice interior in that double wide.

Better not say that in a trailer park because the baw down the park that actually has a double wide is gonna have words with you for fake flexing.

That's more than I paid for my first house just 10 years ago.

Insane.

Nice. But I see other trailers too close to it. Maybe for an acre or 2, until I could build a home on the site. But not for 1/2 acre in the middle of a trailer park. I don’t want to see neighbors next place I buy.

Same. Drop that thing on about 20 acres up in the mountains and I'd be in paradise

I had to find the listing, and now I’m more confused. It was assembled in 2015, and “completely renovated” per the realtor’s wording. Was it a repo trailer or something?

The tax assessor’s site says the last sale was for $44k in 2017. If we’re appreciating at that rate, my 3/2 must must be worth a couple million by now.

Considering one for retirement on a lake. That or a yurt.

I plan to stay right where I am at. I refinanced 2 years ago, and the rates today can't touch the rate I have.

But…but…but…the younger generation is entitled to having a 2000 sq ft home in a nice neighborhood with the best schools, safety, and community whether they have a good job or not.

The government gives everyone a house for free and stocks their fridge, why would anyone pay for this?

It's sort of like calling a Subway worker a "Sandwich Artist". Doesn't change what it actually is.
